Form Tracker kya hai? / What is Form Tracker?

Form Tracker एक मुफ्त ऑनलाइन टूल है जिससे स्कूल ऑफिस, शिक्षक, eMitra/CSC ऑपरेटर और कोचिंग संस्थान हर छात्र के फॉर्म की स्थिति एक जगह देख सकते हैं – फोटो तैयार है या नहीं, हस्ताक्षर, दस्तावेज़, फॉर्म भरा गया और जमा हुआ या नहीं। अंतिम तारीख (last date) की उल्टी गिनती से कोई फॉर्म छूटता नहीं।

Form Tracker is a free, browser-based checklist for collecting admission, board exam, scholarship, ID card and hostel forms from many students. Every student gets a five-step checklist and a progress bar, every class gets a summary, and deadlines turn red when three days or fewer are left.

How to use Form Tracker (कैसे इस्तेमाल करें)

1. Add students – name, class/section and form type. Pick a template (e.g. “ID Card – photo only”) to set the checklist automatically. / छात्र का नाम, कक्षा और फॉर्म प्रकार लिखें।
2. Tick the checklist as photo, signature, documents and form are ready. Select many students to mark “Photo ready” or “Submitted” in one tap. / एक साथ कई छात्र चुनकर टिक करें।
3. Add deadlines such as “Scholarship last date” and watch the days-left countdown. / डेडलाइन जोड़ें, बचे दिन देखें।
4. Check in daily to build a 🔥 streak and keep a short note of the day's work.
5. Back up with JSON, export CSV for Excel, or print the student list for the notice board.

Who is it for? (किसके लिए)

• School office / स्कूल ऑफिस: board exam and admission forms for whole classes, with class-wise progress.
• Class teachers / शिक्षक: follow up only the students still pending – the dashboard lists them with what is missing.
• eMitra / CSC operators: track customers' scholarship, ID and exam applications and which documents they still need to bring.
• Coaching institutes / कोचिंग: make sure every student applies for SSC, railway, police or state exams before the last date.

Privacy – data aapke device par (no upload)

सारा डेटा सिर्फ आपके ब्राउज़र के localStorage में रहता है। कोई लॉगिन नहीं, कोई सर्वर नहीं, कुछ भी अपलोड नहीं होता। All names and notes are stored only in this browser on this device. Clearing browser data or using incognito mode removes them, so download a JSON backup regularly – and use Import JSON to move to another device.
