Passport Size Photo Sheet – Print on A4 or 4×6

How to print passport size photos on A4 (step by step)
- Choose a clear front-facing photo with a plain light background.
- Drag and zoom so the face fills the frame – head and top of shoulders visible.
- Pick the size: 35 × 45 mm is the size used for Indian passport and many visa/ID forms; 2 × 2 inch is the US size; stamp size is about 2 × 2.5 cm.
- Pick A4 or 4 × 6 inch photo paper. A4 fits up to 30 photos of 35 × 45 mm.
- Download the PDF and print at 100% / “Actual size”. Turn off “Fit to page”, otherwise the photos shrink.
- Cut along the grey cut marks.

Tips for sharp prints
Use the original phone photo, not a WhatsApp-forwarded copy – forwarding reduces quality. Glossy photo paper gives the best result; on plain paper choose your printer's “Photo / Best” quality. Before printing a full sheet, measure one photo with a ruler: it should be exactly 35 mm wide. Exact rules (background colour, head size, spectacles) differ by department – always follow your official notice. Frequently asked questions
How many passport photos fit on A4?
With a 2 mm gap and 5 mm margin, 30 photos of 35 × 45 mm (5 columns × 6 rows) fit on one A4 sheet. On 4 × 6 inch paper, 6 photos fit.
Why are my printed photos smaller than 35 × 45 mm?
The printer scaled the page. In the print dialog choose “Actual size” or 100% and turn off “Fit to page”.
Can I print stamp size photos?
Yes, choose “Stamp size” (about 2 × 2.5 cm). Check your form for the exact size.
Is my photo uploaded?
No. The sheet is created inside your browser; the photo never leaves your device.
