For cutting many photos and signatures out of one scanned sheet, use the bulk photo & signature cropper instead.

Frequently asked questions
Is my photo uploaded to a server?
No. The photo is opened, cropped and saved inside your browser. Nothing is sent to Crop Desk or any other server, and the page keeps working offline once loaded.
Why does the circle preview still give a square file?
Instagram, Facebook and YouTube ask for a square image and cut the circle themselves. The circle only shows how your profile picture will look. Keep the face in the middle so nothing important is cut off.
What size is a passport photo in pixels?
3.5 × 4.5 cm at 300 DPI is 413 × 531 pixels. The tool also writes 300 DPI into the file. Always check the size your application form asks for, because some portals use other sizes.
What size is a PAN or Aadhaar photo?
The PAN preset gives 2.5 × 3.5 cm at 200 DPI (197 × 276 px). Many PAN forms want the file under 50 KB, so type 50 in the output size box. Follow the latest official instructions for your form.
How does the KB / MB output size work?
Enter a size such as 50 KB or 1 MB. The tool picks the highest JPG quality that stays under it, and only reduces the pixels if quality alone is not enough. Tick “Fill close to target” if a form also has a minimum size.
Can I crop many photos at once?
Yes. Enter how many photos you want to crop (up to 50), add them, crop each one with its own preset, and download them one by one or all together as a ZIP.
