By accessing or using Crop Desk at https://cropdesk.co.in (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. The service
Crop Desk is a free browser-based tool to crop photos and signatures from images you choose, along with informational guides. The tool runs on your device; we do not host or store your images.
2. Your responsibilities
- Use the tool only with images you have the right to use, and with the consent of the people shown where required (for example, students and their parents/guardians, or customers).
- Handle other people's photos and signatures responsibly and in line with applicable laws, including India's data protection laws and your institution's policies.
- Do not use the Site for any unlawful purpose, including forgery, impersonation or misuse of signatures.
- Check every output file before submitting it in any form. You are responsible for what you upload to other websites.
3. No guarantee of acceptance
Crop Desk does not guarantee that files will meet the requirements of any particular exam, institution or portal, or that an application will be accepted. Requirements are set by those organisations; always follow their official instructions.
4. Intellectual property
The Site's design, text, guides and code are owned by Crop Desk unless otherwise stated. You may share links to our pages. You may not copy or republish our guides in full without permission. Images you process remain yours.
5. Advertising and third-party links
The Site may display third-party ads and contain links to other websites. We are not responsible for third-party content, products or services.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and tool are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crop Desk will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including rejected applications, missed deadlines or loss of data, arising from use of the Site.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms or change or discontinue the Site at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
