Photo and Signature Joiner – Combine into One Image

Some applications (for example certain scholarship, university and recruitment forms) ask for the photo and signature in a single image. Choose both files, pick the layout and download one clean JPG.

How to use the Photo & Signature Joiner

  1. Choose your photo, then your signature image.
  2. Select Photo above signature (most common) or side by side.
  3. Set the output width in pixels, gap and an optional maximum size in KB.
  4. Press Join, check the preview and download the JPG.

For the best result, first crop the photo and clean the signature with the Signature Background Remover (choose “JPG – clean white”). Both parts are scaled to the same width so the combined image looks tidy.

Frequently asked questions

What size should the combined image be?

Follow your form’s instructions. If none are given, 350 px wide and under 100 KB works for most portals.

Can I add a border?

Yes, tick “Thin border” to draw a black outline around the photo and the signature.

Can I join more than two images?

This tool joins one photo and one signature. For many students on one sheet, use the main Crop Desk tool.

Are my files uploaded?

No. The images are combined on your device.
