Where a 200 KB limit is used

    • Visa / ID / scholarship forms that accept up to 200 KB colour photos.
    • Sending on WhatsApp or email without the 4–5 MB original eating data.

Sizes above are examples from our guides; always confirm the limit in your official notice (apne notice me check karein).

How to compress to 200 KB

    1. Choose one or more photos.
    2. The size is already set to 200 KB – change it if your form differs.
    3. Optionally set a max width (pixels) if the form fixes dimensions.
    4. Press Compress, then download each file or a ZIP.

At 200 KB you rarely need to reduce dimensions, so leave max width empty unless the form fixes pixels. Need an exact size like 35 × 45 mm? Use the Image Resizer first.
