Compress Image to 100 KB – Documents, Declarations & Photos
100 KB limits usually apply to bigger uploads: handwritten declarations, certificate photos and full-page document images. The tool is pre-set to 100 KB. Koi upload nahi – sab aapke phone/PC par.
Where a 100 KB limit is used
- Handwritten declaration: IBPS-style forms ask for an 800 × 400 px declaration of 50–100 KB. Set max width 800 and compress.
- NEET-style signature slots that allow 10–100 KB – 100 KB keeps the ink crisp.
- Certificates or mark-sheet photos clicked on a phone (often 3–5 MB) that a portal caps at 100 KB.
Sizes above are examples from our guides; always confirm the limit in your official notice (apne notice me check karein).
How to compress to 100 KB
- Choose one or more photos.
- The size is already set to 100 KB – change it if your form differs.
- Optionally set a max width (pixels) if the form fixes dimensions.
- Press Compress, then download each file or a ZIP.
For text documents, keep the max width around 1000–1200 px so writing stays readable. For PDFs use the PDF Compressor instead.

Frequently asked questions
Will text in my document stay readable at 100 KB?
Usually yes, up to about A4 at 1000 px wide. If it blurs, crop margins away first.
Can I convert PNG scans?
Yes – they are converted to JPG, which is much smaller. Transparent areas become white.
Why is my result 96 KB and not exactly 100 KB?
JPG size moves in small steps; the tool stays just under your limit so the portal accepts it.
Is my document uploaded anywhere?
No. Everything runs inside your browser.
