What is a wa.me link?
WhatsApp’s official click-to-chat format is https://wa.me/<country code><number>?text=<message>. Anyone who opens it can start a chat with you without saving your number. Leave out +, the leading 0, spaces and dashes; the tool strips them anyway.
The QR code is made in your browser with the open-source qrcode-generator library (MIT). Print it for your counter or flyer.

Should I include + or a leading 0?
No. Put the country code in its own box and the number without its leading 0.

No. It is a static QR code that always opens the same link.
