- Answer two questions – what you want to crop (photo + signature, or photo only) and how many photos are on the sheet. / पहले बताएं: फोटो + साइन या सिर्फ फोटो, और शीट पर कितनी फोटो हैं।
- Upload the sheet – a scan or a straight, well-lit phone photo (JPG, PNG or WebP). Pick several sheets at once; numbering continues across sheets.
- Check the boxes – auto-detect finds photos and signatures. If it is unsure, a grid is used and the app tells you why. Tap Mark one photo (hint) and drag a box around one photo (then its signature) to repeat that box across the sheet, or tap any box to fine-tune it and adjust the grid margin.
- Crop & preview, then download the ZIP – optionally set a target KB size (same for all, or custom per file), check the final sizes and download one ZIP or single files.

Is it free and does it upload my photos?
Yes, it is free with no sign-up needed. All cropping happens in your browser; photos and signatures are never uploaded to any server. / Haan, bilkul free hai aur photo kahin upload nahi hoti.
What kind of sheet can I upload?
A scan or clear phone photo of a sheet where photos and signatures are arranged in a grid, e.g. a school class sheet with each student's photo and signature in boxes. JPG, PNG and WebP are supported, and you can add several sheets – numbering continues.
How are the files named?
Files are numbered in order (1, 2, 3 …) for photos and signatures, so they match your student list or roll numbers, and everything downloads as one ZIP.
Can I set a size limit in KB?
Yes. Set a target size for photos and signatures (for example 50 KB and 20 KB) – the same for all files or a custom size per file. Each file is saved at or just under that size; leave it empty for normal quality with no limit.
What if auto-detect gets a box wrong?
Tap any box to fine-tune it, adjust the grid margin, or tap Mark one photo (hint) and drag a box around one photo so the app repeats it across the sheet. Auto-detect again brings back the detected boxes. After changing boxes, tap Crop & preview final files again.
Which size does my exam need?
It depends on the notification. Common examples are listed in the table above; always follow the official notification or bulletin for your exam.
